Our client is a leading international contractor delivering complex, large-scale construction projects across Europe. Due to continued growth within the data centre sector, our client is seeking an experienced OFCI Project Manager to join the delivery team on a major data centre project in Finland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment and packages, ensuring seamless coordination between client-supplied equipment, site installation activities, and overall project delivery requirements. Working closely with project leadership, engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives, the OFCI Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring equipment delivery, installation, integration, and commissioning are executed safely, on programme, and to specification.
The successful candidate will work closely with procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure all OFCI scope items are properly tracked, received, installed, and handed over in line with project requirements.
• Lead and manage all OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed) packages on a large-scale data centre project in Finland
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of OFCI equipment including logistics, delivery schedules, offloading, storage, installation, and integration
• Liaise closely with the client, vendors, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials
• Ensure all OFCI items are properly tracked, inspected, and recorded upon delivery to site
• Coordinate installation activities with CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration
• Monitor programme impacts related to OFCI delivery and installation, identifying risks and mitigation strategies
• Ensure correct handling, storage, and protection of all client-supplied equipment on site
• Support commissioning teams during installation, testing, and system integration phases
• Maintain accurate documentation, tracking logs, and handover records for all OFCI scope items
• Lead coordination meetings with client representatives, vendors, and subcontractors
• Ensure all OFCI activities comply with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards
• Identify and resolve interface issues between OFCI equipment and installed systems
• Drive a strong focus on logistics coordination, programme certainty, and installation readiness
